Excellent SAP hosting in Leipzig
Arvato Systems has once again achieved "SAP Certified in hosting services" certification for its data centers at the Leipzig site, achieving the highest possible status of "excellent" for the first time.
The IT service provider from the Bertelsmann Group thus also demonstrates the highest quality for the operation of SAP applications in Leipzig. The delivery processes of IT service management (ITSM) and the entire SAP service portfolio were rated as particularly positive in the course of the re-certification.
The SAP certification was preceded by a standard, detailed test procedure lasting several days, in which the entire infrastructure and all security precautions were checked.
In the final one-day audit at the IT service provider's Leipzig data center, the SAP and infrastructure specialists were able to prove that all of the Walldorf-based software manufacturer's requirements for service and quality management as well as security and compliance standards were met.
