Service Cloud of the future research project

A twelve-month research project by Proaxia Consulting and the University of Lausanne aims to explore the potential of a service cloud and define practical solution scenarios.

Project manager Christine Legner and her team analyzed cloud-based service solutions in an initial phase. Initial results show that companies today use many IT solutions that no longer meet the current requirements of the service business. In phase two, Legner will focus on the design of service scenarios.
