Sagaflor: Shaping the future with merchandise management
Following the successful implementation of the ComSol industry solution csShop at the Sagaflor head office in 2010/2011, the next step was to connect the member companies to the merchandise management system step by step.
The solution was initially implemented as a pilot project for Zoo & Co. in Frankfurt. The connection to central settlement provides members and suppliers with extended services.
SAP In-Store MIM and integrated checkout systems ensure the smooth exchange of sales data. Work processes between the head office, partners, franchise headquarters and suppliers have been made more efficient, taking into account the various structures.
