One in five digital companies (21 percent) considers artificial intelligence to be a top topic in 2017. With its new guide, Bitkom aims to provide orientation for those responsible in companies who decide on the use of AI technologies.
A year ago, the proportion was just nine percent. The guide "Understanding artificial intelligence as automation of decision-making", which is available to download free of charge, aims to help managers in companies bring order to the multitude of circulating AI definitions and thus better decide where appropriate solutions can be used. The focus is on the development of a five-stage model of decision-making.
