SAP and Nvidia

SAP and Nvidia have expanded their partnership to enable companies to benefit even more from data and generative AI across SAP's portfolio of cloud solutions and applications.

The two companies are jointly developing and delivering SAP Business AI offerings, including scalable, business-specific generative AI capabilities in SAP's AI assistant Joule and in SAP cloud solutions and applications - all based on SAP's Generative AI Hub.

The Generative AI Hub enables relevant, reliable and responsible AI for enterprises and provides immediate access to a wide range of large-scale language models. As part of SAP's ongoing initiative to build generative AI directly into the applications that companies use to run their business processes worldwide, the partnership is designed to help customers deploy generative AI capabilities broadly across their organizations.

SAP will use Nvidia's Generative AI Foundry Service to fine-tune large language models for specific scenarios and deliver applications with new Nvidia Nim microservices. SAP and Nvidia plan to make the new integrated functions available by the end of 2024.
