Allgeier, a provider of software solutions and IT services, will take over the customer relationships and other assets of the German companies of the Ciber Group following the successful filing for insolvency.
Allgeier and the insolvency administrator appointed for Ciber, Hans-Gerd Jauch, have agreed on this. The takeover of the contracts and assets by Allgeier will take place with economic effect as of the date of the insolvency opening decision on April 7, 2017.
Originally, Allgeier and Ciber had concluded a purchase agreement for the German Ciber companies at the beginning of February, but this could not be executed due to the insolvency filing.
"We are pleased to be able to offer the employees we have taken on long-term and attractive career prospects"
says Hubert Rohrer, member of the Allgeier Management Board.
