Growth for the sales department at Data Migration International
Benjamin Schöller, Ralf Mattes and Marcel Egloff strengthen the sales team for Switzerland and internationally at Data Migration International.
Her main responsibilities include strategic sales management, new customer acquisition and existing customer support.
In particular, Benjamin Schöller gained more than ten years of extensive experience supporting companies to grow and increase their agility in his last position at Helbling Business Advisors in Zurich.
He will bring this experience to his new extensive area of responsibility, which ranges from strategic market and customer development to providing content support to his sales colleagues. Ralf Mattes has more than 25 years of experience in IT consulting and, in his new position as Senior Account Executive, will be dedicated to acquiring new customers and maintaining existing ones in Germany.
Calculating the profitability of business scenarios and of coordinated investments is a key focus. His counterpart in the Swiss market is Marcel Egloff, who has extensive sales experience with SAP, including SAP Switzerland, and with JiVS IMP.
Percy Hamer joins BTC Board of Directors
Percy Hamer, previously CIO Europe and General Manager at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe, will co-chair BTC with Jörg Ritter in the coming year.
BTC is an IT consulting company in Germany with eight national branches and additional locations abroad.
Percy Hamer from Bremen succeeds Carsten Herrmann, Managing Director Accounting and Controlling, who took over the post on an interim basis following the departure of Dirk Thole.
Percy Hamer was born in Bremen in 1969 and graduated from the University of Bremen with a degree in computer science. In addition to Konica Minolta, his professional experience includes Stadtwerke Bremen, CA Computer Associates, CTS Eventim and Logica Deutschland.

Johann Dornbach new CTO at Procad
Johann Dornbach joins Procad's management team as CTO. In his new role, he will be responsible for the further development of Pro.File, a no-code digitization platform in the area of product creation and information management of products and plants.
From his work at SAP in Walldorf, Johann Dornbach brings extensive experience in the development and deployment of a PLM platform.

explains the 43-year-old.
In his previous positions at SAP, Johann Dornbach was responsible, among other things, for managing and coordinating the global development network for SAP PLM, defining the SAP PLM strategy, and organizing and establishing new PLM development sites.

New Senior Director Solutions Engineering at NetApp
Johannes Wagmüller has been appointed senior director, Solutions Engineering EMEA at NetApp.
At the same time, Matt Watts will assume the newly created role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) EMEA.
Johannes Wagmüller will be heading the Solutions Engineering teams in the EMEA markets with immediate effect, having previously held this position on an interim basis.
Wagmüller joined NetApp in 2002 and in his previous role drove the Solutions Engineering business in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH).
In his new role, he leads a team of integrated technology experts that develops and promotes NetApp's portfolio solutions for the hybrid cloud, for applications in hybrid multi-cloud environments, artificial intelligence, and cloud data services. Wagmüller explains, "

Communication manager for the Azure cloud
Markus Göbel is the new Senior Communications Manager Data Applications and Infrastructure at Microsoft Germany.
He is responsible for Microsoft Azure communications and applications for the intelligent cloud platform, which is currently the strongest growth driver at Microsoft.
The focus of his work is on solutions for the automotive industry and the Internet of Things (IoT).
Markus Göbel comes from Telefónica Deutschland, the parent company of O2, where as Senior Public Relations Officer he was responsible for a wide range of areas in recent years: from innovations and social media to networks, tariffs, devices, security and finance to start-ups, data analysis, IoT and B2B communications.
What he particularly appreciates about his new job is that he can use his technical know-how.
"Microsoft has always fascinated me"
says Markus Göbel.
"It started in high school when I used Microsoft Basic to write my first programs on an Atari computer."
Markus Göbel received his training at the German School of Journalism and at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, where he graduated as a journalist.
Michael Kaschke has been elected as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). In addition to his new position as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of KIT, Michael Kaschke is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Carl Zeiss Meditec.
Joerg Hartmann will assume responsibility for Konica Minolta Business Solutions in Germany and Austria. The previous managing director, Johannes Bischoff, will leave the company. Until his promotion, Hartmann was Chief Operations Officer (COO).
Thomas Hefner is now responsible for the DACH and Benelux regions at Avast Business as Sales Director. He has deep expertise of the market. His task will be to intensify cooperation and support for the sales partners.
Silvia Kunze-Kirschner joins the SER Group as PR Manager. She has many years of experience in information technology and is at home in the ECM industry. Now she supports the SER Group's press and public relations and provides information about the company and its solutions.
Maximilian Kleine-Brockhoff has been appointed as Winshuttle's new Sales Director for Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH). The business graduate has more than 20 years of experience in software sales and management in the DACH region.
Sebastian Seutter has been appointed to the Forcam Innovation Board. Seutter has also been at Microsoft since September 2016, where he is responsible for the key topics of Industry 4.0 and the future of the manufacturing industry.
