NetApp, the global cloud and data-focused software provider, welcomes Begoña Jara as the new vice president and general manager for Germany. An experienced data industry sales leader and respected university lecturer on management and leadership topics, Jara returns to NetApp after a career stopover. In her past role, Jara led sales in Germany and Austria, and her previous positions included responsibility for global customer accounts in EMEA. As vice president of Area Germany, NetApp's second largest market worldwide, Jara is a key member of the EMEA and LATAM Geo Leadership Team, led by senior vice president Giovanna Sangiorgi. Jara will be responsible for leading the German business and will focus on creating cloud- and innovation-driven growth across multiple customer segments, including enterprise, global systems integrators, commercial, global accounts and the channel. She will also work closely with the global and regional teams to create the GTM framework.

New executives for SAP's Swiss business
SAP appoints Sabrina Storck and Thomas Schreitmüller as managing directors of SAP Switzerland, effective immediately. They succeed Michael Locher-Tjoa, who is taking on a new leadership role within SAP in the Greater China region. Sabrina Storck and Thomas Schreitmüller are already excellently established in the Swiss market due to their previous roles. SAP thus presents itself with a sustainable and reliable succession plan. The new appointments also underline the company's focus on talent development and a modern and diverse leadership culture. The appointment of Sabrina Storck marks the first time a woman has taken on the role of CEO for SAP Switzerland. Sabrina Storck started her career at SAP 15 years ago. She has held the role of COO Switzerland since 2021.
