NTT Data Business Solutions with new CFO

NTT Data Business Solutions, an SAP partner for SMEs, has appointed Nicola Czymek-Lauer as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She succeeds Jürgen Pürzer, who is moving to the parent company NTT Data, Inc. as CFO. Czymek-Lauer brings extensive experience from senior positions at Siemens, Unify and Atos and was most recently part of the Global Leadership Team as Head of Global Finance. Her appointment marks the first time a woman has joined the company's Management Board. CEO Norbert Rotter emphasizes: "Internal succession ensures continuity and sends a strong signal for stability." The handover was carried out in close consultation with Pürzer, who made a significant contribution to the record result in 2024/25. Czymek-Lauer intends to further develop the financial strategy and sustainably strengthen the growth of NTT Data Business Solutions.
