Minsait Implements an AI Assistant at Helvetia

Minsait, a company that offers SAP consulting, is implementing an intelligent virtual agent at Helvetia Seguros to support its brokers in Spain during the sales process. The system uses artificial intelligence to provide technical and operational support to the insurance company's professionals, providing them with accurate, clear, and up-to-date information about the products they sell in their daily operations. The system has already been adopted by some of this group, and the feedback has been very positive, so it is expected to be rolled out to all experts in the near future.

In this sense, the digitalization carried out by Minsait at Helvetia is a configuration that has been implemented using Salesforce's Agentforce technology. With its implementation and general use, the assistant will help the insurance company's sales representatives save time in their daily operations, allowing these experts to perform higher value and more skilled tasks, as well as not having to focus their workday solely on automatic or redundant processes.

Assistant capabilities

The agent implemented is capable of searching, interpreting, and extracting information from documents about insurance products, including issues such as coverage, risks, and exclusions. Similarly, it clearly identifies the insurance product being consulted, providing specific information about each product, while avoiding confusion between coverage, exclusions, rates, and risks associated with different products.

It is also capable of answering questions related to basic and supplementary coverage, general exclusions and extraordinary risks, contract types, and general aspects of policies. The answers it provides are clear, complete, and tailored to the context of the query, avoiding excessive use of technical jargon.

Among its capabilities, Minsait's solution analyzes each query to understand the broker's intention and provide the most relevant information. In this vein, it adjusts the depth of its responses according to the complexity of the question, offering everything from summaries to more detailed explanations.
