MHP and Adobe enter into partnership for personalized customer journeys

The management and IT consultancy MHP and the US software manufacturer Adobe have entered into a new partnership. The aim is to support companies in implementing data-driven, personalized customer experiences along the entire customer journey. MHP will contribute its strategic consulting skills and industry expertise, while Adobe will provide state-of-the-art technology with solutions such as the Adobe Experience Cloud. A particular focus is on the use of artificial intelligence in the content supply chain. Together, the partners want to develop innovative, AI-supported platform solutions that noticeably improve efficiency, speed and customer centricity - for simpler answers to complex customer needs.
