Schwarz Digits and Deutsche Bahn have founded DataHub Europe GmbH and launched a European data and AI platform. The aim is to provide a secure, GDPR-compliant data room and a "Data & AI Workbench" as a digital toolbox for companies, administration and research. In addition, a marketplace for data products will enable new business models. The focus is on industry-specific solutions in media, mobility, mechanical engineering and finance. With Helaba as a strategic partner, the financial sector will be strengthened: AI-supported applications and marketplace solutions based on open source and European data protection standards are planned. The first use case is AuditGPT, a digital audit assistant.

Evora IT Solutions takes over All4cloud
Evora IT Solutions has acquired cloud ERP specialist All4cloud, a leading SAP Gold and SAP GROW partner with locations in Germany and Switzerland. The acquisition expands Evora's SAP Business Suite expertise and accelerates its global expansion in the cloud ERP market. Customers will benefit from faster implementations of SAP Business Suite, including SAP Business AI and SAP Business Data Cloud, as well as improved integration and scaling capabilities. According to Managing Director Karthik Setty, the acquisition creates a strong center for digital transformation. All4cloud brings in over 100 active cloud ERP customers and more than €10 million in recurring revenue. The aim is to support SMEs worldwide in their cloud-based digital transformation.

Workday takes over Flowise
Workday has acquired Flowise, a low-code platform that makes it easy to develop and deploy AI agents ranging from chatbots to complex workflows. Archive360 and Neev Data join forces
Archive360 and Neev Data have formed a strategic partnership to provide organizations with a unified, AI-enabled platform for archiving and governance of historical ERP data. Strategic alliance for SAP Cloud ERP in Latin America
Global IT consultancy Seidor has announced a strategic collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to expand cloud solutions for digital transformation in Latin America. The central element is the SAP Cloud ERP Private on AWS program, which offers around 2,600 customers flexible deployment options, license optimization and AI-supported automation. Initial projects, such as the implementation at DIA Brasil with around 200 branches, show concrete efficiency gains. In addition to ERP, the cooperation also includes solutions for generative AI, data usage, security and industry-specific services via the AWS Marketplace. The aim is to provide customers with greater flexibility, scalability and business value by combining SAP and AWS innovations.

Epi-Use intensifies cooperation with Fiserv
Epi-Use, a global specialist for cloud-based SAP systems, is expanding its cooperation with Fiserv, a leading provider of payment and financial technologies. The aim is to match digital payments with financial data more efficiently, reduce errors and strengthen fraud prevention. Based on the AWS SDK for SAP, Epi-Use developed the ERP Payment Reconciliation solution, which enables real-time reconciliation, automated workflows and improved cash flow transparency. The offering is complemented by Fiserv's SnapPay, which optimizes the order-to-cash process and has certified integrations for SAP, Workday and Oracle. Strategic partnership for European digital sovereignty
Deloitte and StackIT, the cloud brand of the Schwarz Group, have agreed on a strategic cooperation to support companies and public institutions in building sovereign data and cloud infrastructures. The aim is to create a secure, GDPR-compliant and economically independent basis for digital transformation and AI use. Deloitte contributes consulting, industry and regulatory expertise, while StackIT provides the technological platform. Particular attention will be paid to critical areas such as administration and financial services. Itesys takes over SAP service provider
Itesys, a provider of SAP technology, SAP security and platform engineering, intends to continue its growth course with the acquisition of the German SAP partner Hosting Solutions. Hosting Solutions has been on the market since 2005 and specializes in SAP Basis operations, managed security services and the IT service desk. With 25 employees and a stable customer base of around 100 companies as well as geo-redundant, ISO 27001-certified data centers, Hosting Solutions is firmly anchored in the Karlsruhe region. The perfect counterpart to the Itesys data centers in Switzerland. With this step, the Itesys Group is growing to over 200 employees, around 90 of whom are based in Germany. With this acquisition, Itesys is specifically strengthening its capacities in the areas of SAP operations and security in Germany.

Partnership Coface and SOA People
Coface, a credit and risk management company, and the SAP technology partner SOA People are entering into a partnership. The aim of the partnership is to establish modern, scalable solutions based on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) - with a focus on trade credit insurance, business information and risk management. The "Ready4 Credit Management" (R4CM) solution, which is fully integrated into SAP, enables companies to automate their credit insurance-related processes end-to-end - from limit allocation to real-time risk monitoring. Var Group acquires SAP and EDI specialist Visicon
The Var Group has acquired Visicon EDV with the aim of strengthening its SAP and EDI expertise in the D/A/CH region. The business combination combines Visicon's many years of SAP and EDI expertise with the Var Group's PLM competence and is aimed at the holistic digitalization of business processes in medium-sized companies - particularly in the manufacturing industry. Visicon will retain its locations in Germany and Austria, and the management will remain on board. SecurityBridge takes over CyberSafe
SecurityBridge, provider of an SAP-native cybersecurity platform, has acquired the British authentication specialist CyberSafe. With the integration of TrustBroker products, SecurityBridge is strengthening its platform with passwordless multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO) and context-based authentication. SAP users will benefit from dynamic security policies that enable risk-based MFA in real time - e.g. in the event of unusual logon times, new devices or suspicious user behavior. The merger combines over 30 years of authentication and SAP expertise and pursues the goal of securing SAP systems end-to-end. TrustBroker remains available as a standalone product, but is also deeply integrated into the SecurityBridge platform - for maximum security with minimal friction in everyday SAP operations.
