New Managing Director at Valantic CEC Switzerland

Florian Heidecke has started as the second Managing Director of the Valantic Competence Center CEC Switzerland for Customer Engagement & Commerce. He joins Reto Rutz, who has headed the Competence Center since 2016.

With over 15 years of consulting and management experience in the IT services sector, Florian Heidecke has the ideal qualifications for this position. After an apprenticeship in banking and a degree in business informatics, Florian Heidecke completed his doctorate at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). He started his professional career at the international company Arvato, where he implemented strategic projects.

Over the past twelve years, he has held various roles at the digitalization service provider Namics, where he was primarily responsible for acquiring, advising and developing clients in Switzerland and Germany. As Chief Client Officer and member of the Executive Board, he also played a key role in the strategic development of the company.
