cbs appoints three new managing directors
On the path to growth, cbs Corpo-rate Business Solutions has expanded its corporate management. In addition to Harald Sulovsky as CEO, Rainer Wittwen, Holger Scheel and Stefan Risse now act as managing directors of cbs Corporate Business Solutions Unternehmensberatung, based in Heidelberg. Holger Scheel, a member of the management team at cbs since 2009, represents the market perspective for customer-oriented solutions and services.
"The successful growth of cbs is based on long-standing and cooperative relationships with over 300 active customers today. We combine consulting, best practice and software for mission-critical business projects and complex transformations. On this basis, we will expand our market presence globally and increase our market penetration in the core business", emphasizes the managing director.
Rainer Wittwen, a member of the management team at cbs since 2010, has in-depth experience in management consulting for global change projects in the industrial customer environment. "cbs is a strategic consultant in the manufacturing industry - we work with our customers at eye level, with a passion for enterprise-wide business process solutions" Wittwen said.
"Over the next few years, cbs intends to expand this internationally established business into global market leadership."Stefan Risse, a member of the management team at cbs since 2014, combines specialist consulting expertise for SAP products with quality leadership across software generations from R/2 to S/4.
As a business information scientist and consultant, he deals with innovative technology solutions such as digital architecture or cloud, customer experience, global trade services.In 2025, cbs aims to generate a quarter of a billion US dollars in sales with 1,000 consultants in international markets and new industries.

The ambitious goals are linked to strong demand in the core business: enterprise-wide business process solutions for medium-sized groups and hidden champions in the manufacturing industry, as well as software-driven transformation solutions (Enterprise Transformation Solutions) also for major global SAP customers.
