Change of management at NTT Ltd.

Roman Oberauer becomes the new Managing Director of NTT Ltd. The company has thus completed the first part of its strategic realignment in Austria. Nora Lawender, who is responsible as Country Managing Director, will take over the management from February 2022. In his current position on the management board, Oberauer is responsible for innovation and go-to-market. In his future position as Country Managing Director of NTT Ltd. in Austria, he will continue to drive forward the transformation of the IT service provider. In the position of Country Managing Director at NTT Ltd. in Austria, Nora Lawender has dedicated herself to the realignment of the company and change management. This included the sale of the telephony business in the small customer segment.

The new strategic direction of the company was also an important part of her work. Together with her team, she has set the course for a successful future for NTT Ltd. in Austria. Oberauer brings extensive management and technology knowledge from his previous tasks and is thus optimally prepared for his new role as Country Managing Director. Oberauer, who has been with the company for four years, is already involved in all important strategic decisions as a member of the management board. His primary goal is to create added value for customers.
