Successor appointed at SAP Germany
Sven Mulder is Managing Director of SAP Germany and in this role is responsible for the Group's business in Germany. He succeeds Alex Kläger, who has headed the Central and Eastern Europe region for SAP since February. Mulder has held various management roles at SAP since 2019. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President, Head of Strategic Customer Segment in the Central and Eastern Europe (MEE) region. In this role, he was responsible for the overall business with SAP's most strategic customers in the region and was responsible for the expansion of strategic partnerships and the development of co-innovation with these customers. Previously, he was responsible for the entire sales business of the service organization in the Central and Eastern Europe region.
After studying economics with a focus on computer science at the University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf, Mulder began his career as an account manager in sales at Siemens Nixdorf Computer in Paderborn. He then held various management roles at Fujitsu, most recently as a member of the management team in Germany for public administration and then for global accounts. Sven Mulder joined SAP from CA Technologies, where he was responsible for business in Germany and Central Europe as Managing Director.
