Itesys Expands Its Market Presence With NexQuent Consulting
As a result of the partnership, Itesys is growing by around 40 SAP experts and expanding its portfolio in the areas of SAP operations and SAP technology consulting. By expanding into Germany, the company is not only consolidating its market presence, but also establishing a strategic basis for sustainable growth and international competitiveness.
NexQuent Consulting is a full-service provider for central SAP topics such as operation, cloud integration and infrastructure, automation, archiving and ILM, security and user lifecycle management. Successful on the market since 2007, the NexQuent Group specializes in SAP-based technologies as well as the development and operation of hybrid system landscapes. With around 40 employees in Germany, NexQuent offers customers from all industries and sizes technological and economic solutions for topics in the SAP Basis environment, compliance, user and security management as well as support in the S/4 Hana transformation and in the Rise context.
Itesys, an SAP partner with around 130 employees, focuses on SAP Basis and Basis-related consulting and operating services. Since 2003, the company has been supporting customers with tailored managed services, ISO-certified SAP operations in Swiss data centers, an Expert Desk in the Mission Control Center with the Scansor monitoring tool and a new SAP SOC (Security Operations Center).
Customers of both companies will now benefit from an even larger team of experts with around 170 SAP specialists and the concentrated knowledge and power of a strong, international team that is ready to ensure the technological success of customers. In future, it will be possible to provide operational and technology solutions worldwide from the locations in Germany, Switzerland, Slovakia, Romania and New Zealand.

In the coming weeks, the organizations will grow closer together in order to further promote cooperation and advance integration into the Itesys Group. There will be no changes to the existing conditions for employees. The parties have agreed not to disclose the terms and conditions.
At this year's DSAG Annual Congress, the most important meeting place for SAP user companies in German-speaking countries, which will take place in Leipzig from October 15 to 17, 2024, a joint team will already be on site to welcome customers.
