ITPS will continue to exist as a company, and the continued commitment of the ITPS managing director guarantees stability. Nothing will change for ITPS customers, all contracts will remain in place.
In the future, Itesys will supplement its service and product range by integrating ITPS and will have an even larger software development and support organization in nearshoring.
With the new employees, Itesys will increase its workforce to around 80 people, who will contribute to reliability and consistency as the basis for high service quality.
ITPS offers operating services for databases, operating systems, applications and web middleware. ITPS also develops plug-ins for the PRTG Network Monitor software.
In the area of SAP monitoring with PRTG, customers will benefit from product synergies through a 'best-of-breed' approach. The integration of individual products and services will be completed in the course of the year. Sascha Lioi, Managing Director of Itesys, explains:
