Start at the turn of the year
At the turn of the year, Dorin will succeed Norbert Rotter, who has been CEO since July. Supervisory Board Chairman Friedrich Fleischmann intends to work with Dorin and his Management Board colleague Rotter to drive forward Itelligence's growth strategy as a leading SAP consulting company:

CEO Rotter also wants to pursue international expansion:
"I am very pleased to have gained Dr. Michael Dorin, an already experienced CFO for Itelligence, to accompany us on this growth path."
After graduating from high school and training as a banker, Dorin studied business administration and economics at the University of Bielefeld, where he received his doctorate in 2007.
After a stint at KPMG, he moved to Bertelsmann's Corporate Controlling and Strategy division.
Most recently, he was Director of Group Controlling there. In 2011, he started his career at Blue Ocean Entertainment and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2013.
