SAP and Mitsubishi Electric are working together on new IoT-based services to enable companies to benefit from long-term analysis of their factory data.
This includes remote management of devices and connections, monitoring of production status and system availability as well as predictive maintenance.
Companies can use SAP Asset Intelligence Network to provide their asset management data and improve communication with service providers.
With SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer, service teams get help with maintenance planning; technicians get mobile access and an augmented reality application to identify and fix problems faster.
