The acquisition of a majority stake in Increase is a further step with which the company hopes to gain access to the Austrian market.
Increase was founded in 2015 and has since successfully established itself as an IT and SAP service provider. In 2018, the consultancy became a certified SAP PartnerEdge Service Partner.
In addition to its own SAP business, Increase has coordinated the increaseAlliance partner network since 2017. Carsten Börner, CEO of Enowa, says about the acquisition:
"We are convinced that this strategy is the only way we can keep up with and help shape the dynamics of digitization. With Increase's team, we are expanding our network of consultants and IT and SAP specialists."
According to Börner, the growth course is a prerequisite for meeting the continuing high demand from customers for digitization-related services.
