In the service of automation
Today, more than 100 satisfied SAP users rely on Empirius automation tools. Among them are numerous prominent existing SAP customers such as Stihl, Voith or Munich Airport. Virtually all customers use the BlueSuite flagship called BlueCopy. Both in conjunction with "SAP NetWeaver Classic" (with Any DBs) and with SAP Hana or S/4 Hana.
BlueCopy is an automation software whose development dates back to 2005 and is used to optimally set up and generate SAP system copies automatically instead of using manually written scripts.
The BlueCopy developments would not have been possible without profound and far-reaching knowledge from the SAP Basis area or the SAP infrastructure area, such as databases and operating systems. Empirius still sees itself as a kind of special "SAP Basis maven", with the constant will to drive the wealth of experience here forward.
New BlueCopy version
Empirius is continuously turning the innovation wheel. Starting in Q4/2020, there will be a new release of BlueCopy with numerous enhancements compared to the previous version. For example, the use of a granular authorization concept, provision of new user exits such as checkpoints and transports, new instance handling, enhancements in the SAP Hana environment and an optimized GUI.
From the very beginning, Empirius had the requirements of SAP customers in mind when creating system copies: First and foremost, the use of a simple tool to minimize complexity, resulting in a fast ROI. With clicks instead of customizing without setting up an individual project, users will be able to react functionally faster in the future, as well as by integrating third-party products, for example for anonymization.
In addition to BlueCopy, SAP customers benefit from other BlueSuite automation solutions. From BlueClone for the automated creation of sandboxes and project systems or BlueLandscapeCopy for the synchronous copying of multiple SAP systems. A new solution in the area of system/enterprise management, which also takes into account the cloud use of Microsoft Azure, for example, is in preparation and will be made available this year.
