From ERP to S/4 Hana - Certified invoice verification

Now the SER solution has been certified in version 8.4 for SAP S/4 Hana. With Doxis4 Invoice Verification, SER customers are flexible: it works with ERP as well as with NetWeaver and S/4 Hana.

Doxis4 InvoiceMaster Control for SAP is SER's state-of-the-art solution for digital invoice verification in SAP. With workflow-driven invoice verification and the integrated invoice ledger, users have complete transparency over all vendor invoices and the status of their processing.

The SER solution, which is compatible with S/4 Hana, is fully embedded in SAP so that authorized users can directly access all invoice, purchase order and goods receipt data in SAP. The certification now also officially confirms that Doxis4 InvoiceMaster Control for SAP version 8.4 covers the requirements of both ERP and NetWeaver users as well as customers who have already migrated to S/4 Hana.

Introduce S/4 Hana, simply continue working with Doxis4

Companies planning to migrate their SAP system from ECC 6.0 to S/4 Hana often face an additional challenge. They have to check and adapt integrated systems such as invoice verification for compatibility with the new SAP system.

For SER customers, this additional effort is eliminated: They simply continue to work with Doxis4 InvoiceMaster Control for SAP even under S/4 Hana. The SER solution is fully compatible with all currently available S/4 Hana releases.

Doxis4 already received S/4 Hana certification for the ArchiveLink and ILM archive interfaces in 2017. This means: Companies that are about to switch to the new SAP generation can safely store their SAP documents and data in the Doxis4 archive even with S/4 Hana.

SER has been a certified SAP partner for many years, continuously developing its SAP solutions and integrating them into the latest SAP generations. This includes regular (re-)certifications of the SAP interfaces and SAP add-ons of the Doxis4 ECM platform.

All functions for data archiving, document archiving, electronic records and invoice receipt processing are integrated with the ECM platform via repository interfaces.
