Hardly anyone doubts the efficiency and hallucinatory power of large-language models (LLMs). Two questions remain: Are LLMs also suitable for ERP and business-to-business? Can LLMs and AI agents be used productively so that existing SAP customers can achieve added value and providers a contribution margin? SAP is trying a two-tier AI system consisting of assistants and agents - but which LLM will be used?
