Even if the ERP operating model is changing and the preference of existing SAP customers has not yet been determined: from on-prem to hybrid to private and public cloud or even a sovereign cloud. In all cases, the existing SAP customer needs an established basic team for S/4 Hana and the new SAP Business Suite. The challenges, tasks and duties are traditionally bundled and administered in the CCoE, Customer Center of Expertise.
