25 years of real estate and facility management with SAP

25 years are a reason for looking back and looking forward. TAC Insights takes its visitors into the 25th year of a journey through the new developments and challenges of facility and real estate management with SAP.

Attendees will gain insight into the new partnership between SAP and Planon for facility and real estate management. Contact persons from both companies will be available for discussions and questions. Interactive workshops and presentations provide information on current developments.

Facility and real estate management is undergoing a comprehensive transformation. Digitization in planning, development, and management, globalization, increasing international competition, new models for data evaluation, new EU directives for ESG requirements, and new laws on energy efficiency pose major challenges for all involved. Accompanying SAP users are second-step migration processes to S/4HANA. Here, all business units involved in the development or management of real estate are challenged.
New technologies and artificial intelligence with regard to integrated processes, can change the real estate business sustainably. At the 25th Annual Congress at KOSMOS Berlin, participants will learn and discuss what these changes may look like.

In addition, parallel, half-day intensive workshops will be held on the morning of September 26, 2023, in which selected topics will be explored in greater depth, processes and functionalities explained, and practical examples discussed. By means of demos, the guests will gain insight into the 'look & feel' of the corresponding applications.
