Holistic security concepts and managed services
Syntax expands its partnership with SAP security expert Xiting, underlining its commitment to Switzerland. Manufacturing companies will thus benefit from the comprehensive managed services offered by SAP partner Syntax. The broad service portfolio of the cloud provider enables holistic security concepts that cover not only applications but also the infrastructure used and the operation of a Security Operations Center (SOC).
The intensified cooperation takes place within the framework of the strategic partnership between Syntax and Xiting, which has been in place for two years, and expands the service portfolio for customers in Switzerland. In addition to the existing services for implementing the Xiting Authorizations Management Suite (XAMS) for simplified authorization, identity and risk management in SAP landscapes, SAP partner Syntax offers them even more far-reaching security services that go beyond the application level.
In addition to providing secure operating environments in the public and/or private cloud, they also include 24/7 monitoring of all SAP systems from a SOC. "The strategic partnership between Syntax and Xiting has been very successful since its launch two years ago. That's why it's only logical to continue it," says Ralf Sürken, CEO Europe at Syntax. "By deepening our cooperation, we will be able to offer our customers in Switzerland an even broader range of security services for SAP in the future."
