Auf ins digitale Zeitalter

Nagarro ES hat mit dem Jahreswechsel die S/4-Konsolidierung des deutschen Pharmaunternehmens Klosterfrau Healthcare Group erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Nach knapp dreijähriger Projektlaufzeit erfolgte am 4. Januar dieses Jahres der Go-live in der Zen­trale in Köln sowie an den Standorten in Berlin und ­Lüchow.

Hiermit wurde die Basis für die Roll-outs an den internationalen Standorten des Traditionsunternehmens geschaffen. Besonderes Augenmerk lag auf der Prozess- und Datenharmonisierung, der Datenmigration von zwei SAP-Systemen und einem Non-SAP-System sowie auf der Validierung des S/4-Systems mit den Fiori-Applikationen. Die Migration von R/3 nach S/4 On-premises erfolgte nach dem Greenfield-Ansatz, für die Konzeptionsphase kam die agile Projektmethodik Scrum zum Einsatz.
