DMEA 2022: Live and on site in Berlin!
What does it take for digitization to succeed in doctors' offices, hospitals and care facilities? What do patients want in the way of digital health services, and where do we stand in terms of the Hospital Futures Act (KHZG)? Questions like these are addressed by the DMEA - Connecting Digital Health from 26 to 28 April 2022 on the grounds of Messe Berlin after. As a platform for all those who want to drive the digitization of healthcare, the DMEA offers the opportunity for exchange, information and education. After two years of pandemic online events, the industry is meeting again live and on-site for the first time.
Exciting lectures, discussions and workshops - Let's talk about Digital Health!
This year, the professional community of the healthcare industry can look forward to even more space for exchanging ideas, networking and exploring: Instead of the previous four exhibition halls, the DMEA will find space for lively exchange around the topics of digitization in healthcare in six halls. As part of the congress program, the trade audience can expect numerous workshops, pitches, discussions and panel presentations. Experts from the field of digital health will exchange views on topics that matter now: from digitization in care to digitized medical practices and the use of artificial intelligence. The first highlights from the DMEA congress program are already available as a preview at the DMEA website available and will be added to on an ongoing basis. Like "Networked care 2022: Are we finally getting there?" - among other things, the virtual hospital NRW will be presented, integrated digital health care schemes will be contributed from Switzerland, and the point of "security" will not be neglected in networked care.
Renowned exhibitors, exciting ideas and innovations
More than 350 exhibitors have already secured their stand space, including industry giants such as CompuGroup Medical Deutschland, Dedalus Healthcare, ID Information und Dokumentation im Gesundheitswesen, medatixx, Meierhofer, NEXUS and Deutsche Telekom Healthcare and Security Solutions. In addition to the German exhibitors, there will also be numerous innovative companies from other European countries presenting themselves and their products at the joint stands of Switzerland, the Netherlands, Finland and Poland, among others. It is also certain that there will be even more exhibitors: The registration period is not over yet and so there is still the possibility to present your own company, interesting ideas and exciting innovations at DMEA 2022.
DMEA junior program connects!
From video consultation hours and corona warning apps to digital health applications on prescription: the digitization of healthcare is currently more prevalent than ever before. Accordingly, bright minds who design, improve and manage software, apps and IT are in demand. With the aim of connecting interested students and young professionals with exciting companies from the industry, DMEA is again offering a comprehensive young professionals program this year. A special highlight is the DMEA Young Talent Award. The prize is awarded to the best student theses in a total of three categories: Bachelor's theses, Master's theses as well as audience award.
The prerequisite is that the work must be related to digital healthcare and provide practical approaches to sustainably improving healthcare using IT.
