NTT Data Germany was recognized by the Women's Career Index (FKi) for its outstanding commitment to the advancement of women. In addition to winning the "Newcomer" category, the IT service provider also took sixth place in the ranking of the 34 best companies.
Every year, the Women's Career Index analyzes a variety of parameters in companies and organizations that provide information about the career and development potential of women in various roles.
The index examines the career development of women in the three areas of "Status & Dynamics", "Commitment" and "General Conditions". NTT clearly stands out from other companies in the latter category in particular.
This examines aspects such as flexibility, presence culture and transparency of decisions. With 88 out of a possible 100 points, the company scored very well here.
NTT Data is also above average with 80 points in the "Commitment" area, which analyzes the targets for the planned proportion of women in general and in management positions, as well as the targeted support measures.
