With the restructuring, the company is adapting to a change in demand from customers and partners.
"On the one hand, we are seeing a high demand for strategic consulting for Transformation Services, especially in connection with the move to S/4 Hana and new Analytics architectures.
On the other hand, our customers want software solutions for integrating SAP data into Big Data environments and automating data management."

Gregor Stöckler will continue to lead Datavard as board member and CEO. The management of Datavard Software will in future be the responsibility of Götz Lessmann and Petra Pirron. Götz Lessmann will be responsible for development and solution engineering, Petra Pirron for operations, sales and marketing.
