Best of Consulting 2020

The management and IT consultancy MHP has once again won an award in this year's WirtschaftsWoche "Best of Consulting" competition. The company took first place in the "Organization - Innovation" category with a project for herbal liqueur manufacturer Jägermeister. Together with an interdisciplinary team from Jägermeister and Celonis, MHP developed and introduced a data-based approach for analyzing business processes. The aim is to systematically uncover and eliminate inefficiencies in the processes and to anchor the lean management concept throughout the company. The approach implemented at Jägermeister is particularly noteworthy because the process analysis is based on the evaluation of data using artificial intelligence (AI). The AI determines the best possible solution in each case and suggests how processes can be optimized without manual intervention. The central element is a Digital Process Twin, which maps the real process landscape of Mast Jägermeister and to which data from various source systems is transmitted in real time. The data is condensed into newly defined key performance indicators that can be used to evaluate the processes with a view to Jägermeister's goals.
