As a result of the increasing digitalization of business and IT processes, both the points of attack and the number of attacks by cyber criminals are increasing. Outdated IT landscapes were and often still are gateways for hackers. Further dangers arise due to insufficient prioritization of protection against cyber threats. The relocation of business and IT processes to the cloud is playing an increasingly important role. At the same time, many companies continue to operate parts of their legacy IT in traditional data centers. These hybrid, complex IT landscapes need to be protected - but what are effective strategies for doing so? The consulting firm Lünendonk & Hossenfelder, in collaboration with Arvato Systems, has published the white paper "Cyber Security - Securely Shaping the Digital Transformation". The publication deals with the background and requirements for a cyber security strategy.
