Digital personnel file certified

Centric Employee File, the digital personnel file for SAP from Centric Germany, has received SAP certification for the third time in a row. With this certificate, SAP confirms that Centric's solution fully complies with SAP requirements in terms of security and product quality. The file solution is based on the SAP Cloud Platform, is data protection-compliant and includes extensive functions and security standards for archiving personnel documents. As a cloud solution, it can be flexibly adapted to the company's growth. The digital personnel file enables the storage and filing of all required information and documents relating to an employee. Documents from SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM can be accessed from any location and from PCs and mobile devices. A variety of document types can be archived flexibly via different channels. Centric has paid particular attention to security and data protection in the development of the new version 3.0 of its file solution. It meets all the security requirements necessary for processing personnel documents.
