The Düsseldorf-based IT service provider for media companies Circ IT acquires the SAP consulting firm Manß und Partner.
The company, founded in 1991, supports medium-sized customers and some major corporations in the optimization of business processes, SAP system implementations and SAP system integrations through to the upgrade and migration of SAP systems.
The previous shareholders of the company with around 65 employees, Karl-Heinz Manß and Christian Manß, have ensured a long-term perspective for the company by taking this step.
As before, the focus is on a high degree of continuity and quality. The previous Managing Director Guido Hübner will continue to manage the business.
