In the context of hybrid cloud scenarios, it is advantageous to use components that ensure technology consistency. With Suse Linux Enterprise for SAP, deployments and transitions of SAP applications are supported both on-premise and off-premise.
Google is involved as a public cloud provider for SAP Hana and Hana-based applications and shows which features the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) offers and which differentiation points can be realized compared to other public cloud service providers.
The trend in the use of SAP infrastructures is clearly moving towards hybrid operating models with on-premise and private cloud environments paired with public cloud services. SAP customers benefit from numerous profitable application scenarios, executed on the Google Cloud Platform.
