Blue Yonder announces acquisition of One Network Enterprises

Blue Yonder, a digital supply chain transformation provider, has announced the signing of an agreement to acquire US-based One Network (One Network Enterprises) for approximately $839 million, subject to adjustments. The combination of One Network's Digital Supply Chain Network and Blue Yonder's supply chain capabilities will enable customers to instantly transition from the order planning phase to the order fulfillment phase.

This eliminates the time lag between order entry and the start of physical order processing. By setting notifications, customers also gain access to additional data across the entire multi-enterprise ecosystem and thus benefit from automation and the use of generative artificial intelligence.

In addition, the combination unifies different data silos and thus enables a holistic view of the entire supply chain at management level. The predictive real-time decision technology also enables automatic optimization and implementation.
