In the past, technicians at Securiton, a Swiss provider of security technology, filled out their service reports on paper at the customer's site. These reports then had to be transferred to SAP PS and CS by the office staff.

The latest release of the field service management suite offers optimizations in the mobile solutions as well as in the deployment planning. With the app, technicians can create new messages directly on site and edit captured images.

Due to growing demands and rapidly changing circumstances, HSM had to replace its previous mobile service software. The goal is to improve processes in field service management.
