
Once the acquisition of ESG Mobility is completed, around 1,000 specialists will join Cognizant and will be distributed among the innovation centers in Germany, the USA and China. With the acquisition, Cognizant is thus expanding its expertise in automotive development, particularly in the area of connected vehicles.
