While TransCare focuses on infrastructure planning and optimization of transport routes, including the rail network at the site, as well as costs and processes, Leogistics advises on the digitalization of logistics processes.
In addition, Leogistics helps realize innovations such as IoT applications. Through their collaboration, the companies offer a rapid analysis of sites: TransCare examines the potential for optimization in the area of process flow infrastructure, personnel scheduling and cost structure and identifies opportunities for improvement.
Leogistics takes over the analysis of the IT support and makes opportunities for process harmonization, process automation and digitalization visible. Afterwards, the potentials are jointly evaluated, an optimization case and an implementation roadmap are created.
