SAP Cloud ALM - ALM made to measure

SAP Cloud ALM will initially launch with the Implementation Portal for S/4 Hana Cloud and is expected to be available in the fourth quarter of 2018 with the next release of S/4 Hana Cloud.

SAP plans to extend SAP Cloud ALM beyond implementation support for S/4 Hana Cloud with a roadmap for the entire application lifecycle of all SAP Cloud products, to be available by 2021. Access to SAP Cloud ALM will be based on the customer's existing contract.

The Implementation Portal for S/4 Hana Cloud is designed to provide customers with: rapid onboarding of the team and definition of the implementation scope. At the beginning of each implementation project for S/4 Cloud, SAP customers receive product- and release-specific task lists based on the SAP Activate methodology for S/4 Hana. The lists define the sequence of the individual tasks as well as the individual roles. The goal is to enable a more efficient implementation.

Fit-to-standard implementation concept: SAP Cloud ALM provides all the tools required for fit-to-standard workshops and thus implements the implementation concept for SAP S/4 Hana Cloud.

Customers receive a clear overview of the steps required for a successful implementation in the cloud at the beginning of the project. They are based on the SAP best practices for SAP S/4 Hana Cloud.

Configuration of S/4 Cloud and tracking of project progress: SAP Cloud ALM guides the customer through the implementation process and automatically tracks project progress.

With the introduction of SAP Cloud ALM, customers will be able to select the SAP ALM solution that best suits their needs, ensuring rapid implementation and optimal operation of their SAP solutions.
