New CEO at Matrix42 - Oliver Bendig
After many years as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Matrix42, Oliver Bendig becomes the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Markus Gyssler, previously a member of the Supervisory Board, will assume the duties of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on an interim basis.
Jochen Jaser, previously CEO, and Michael Schmidt, previously Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Matrix42, are stepping down from the Management Board by mutual agreement.
Bendig has more than 15 years of experience in workplace management. He has been with the company since 2009 and, together with his team, has since been responsible for the product strategy and further development of the Matrix42 product portfolio.
As CTO since 2014, Bendig also assumed global responsibility for the development teams. Together with his team, he has been able to drive numerous product innovations and introduce new customer solutions since 2009.
The new Matrix42 CEO said:
