ServiceNow and NTT Data deepen strategic partnership for AI-driven transformation

ServiceNow, a provider of an AI platform for business transformation, and NTT Data, a global provider of digital and technology services, are expanding their partnership to accelerate the AI-powered transformation of organizations worldwide. As part of the expanded collaboration, NTT Data will be named as a strategic AI delivery partner of ServiceNow. The goal is to jointly develop, commercialize and deploy AI-based automation solutions to customers for increased productivity, efficiency and scalability.

NTT Data will deploy the ServiceNow AI Platform globally to optimize internal processes and improve customer experiences. Both companies also plan to drive new AI deployments and operational models, including as part of the Now Next AI program.
