E3 Roundtable: S/4 in the industry - transformation instead of just migration

The ERP transformation to SAP S/4 Hana is more than just a release change or another migration. As a Member of the Executive Board at Convista, Heiko Schmidt is responsible for the industrial business in the role of Business Unit Manager Industry. His focus is on the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, where he has been supporting complex SAP transformation programs for many years. His expertise includes the introduction of S/4HANA, quality assurance and steering committees as well as the development of processes and organizations for major projects. Dr. Thomas Schönemeier is a Member of the Executive Board at Convista and, as Business Unit Manager Industry, is responsible for the industrial business. With more than 25 years of experience, he combines IT and digital innovation with business requirements, particularly in the manufacturing industry. His focus is on the design of transformation programs, the development of sustainable digitalization strategies and the management of complex projects.
