Customers are to receive enhanced, AI-supported functions for the recruiting and hiring process, which will make applicant tracking and candidate selection more efficient. Data-based hiring and recruiting analyses are to flow directly into SAP's existing HCM tools, creating an integrated system with harmonized data for compliant and smooth processes. The SmartRecruiters portfolio will also remain available as a standalone solution for the foreseeable future.
