Fewer complaints about beer
Zetes has implemented its SAP-integrated ZetesMedea Voice solution at UK brewery and pub retailer Marston's Plc.
The independent brewing company optimizes its previously paper-based processes for picking, sorting and inventory management with the help of Zetes' voice solution.
Just two months after completing the implementation, Marston's saw a direct five percent improvement in picking accuracy compared to previous methods and an 80 percent reduction in complaints.
The drinks are delivered to the Marston's distribution center in Mansfield and distributed from there to more than 2000 pubs throughout the UK. In addition to beers, wine and spirits stocks are also sent from the Marston's bonded warehouse to each retail outlet.
Previously, Marston's used paper slips for picking wine and spirits. This manual process was prone to mix-ups and potential picking errors.
Since the introduction of ZetesMedea Voice, order pickers are now guided by natural-sounding voice commands.
