The world of work is changing permanently. Zukunft Personal Europe has been networking the HR community as an anchor point in change for 20 years. This year, the motto is "Leading in Permanent Beta".
On the question of what changes the digital transformation has already triggered in the world of work, IBM Germany and the Verdi trade union sponsored a study and conducted it in cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, the results of which will be discussed in a panel discussion with the Federal Minister of Labor, Hubertus Heil.
The discussion will take place on the first day of the trade show. The integration of artificial intelligence into the world of work is also a core topic at the leading trade show. In the recruiting sector in particular, there are various tasks that can be taken over by software and self-learning programs, such as the pre-selection and screening of resumes.
Experts see the advantage here in that discrimination based on origin or gender can be better ruled out.
