SAP-Solution: JiVS

Following the efforts to ensure consistent end-to-end processes, the topics of data economy and data management with Gen AI are now becoming even more important. At the beginning of the S/4 conversion, SAP customers realized very quickly that a successful release changeover would not be possible without verified and archived data. Even back then, SAP partner DMI was a leading consultant, service provider and supplier in this area.
Data migration in just three months: SAP existing customer Hawle goes live with S/4 as planned. One-Click Transformation and JiVS IMP platform massively shorten and simplify the transformation to SAP S/4 Hana. The data concept is crucial when information is turned into concrete forms of action.
For a long time, CEOs, CFOs and CIOs ignored the data problem. But with the transformation to S/4, this is no longer possible, because the discussion about algorithms and data structures shows: Data drives processes!
Bill Clinton's campaign slogan "It's the economy, stupid!" also applies to the transformation to S/4. Only those who can reduce the mass of SAP and non-SAP data before and after the migration will win the race against time and save cash.
The future lies in data. The digitization push of the past few months bears impressive witness to this. But if you neglect your history, you will also gamble away the future.
Digitalization, agility, multi-cloud—decision makers and CEOs have to keep up with current technology trends, which is why they are investing a lot of time and effort into IT modernization projects. Prerequisite for success is a new kind of information management.
The Hana and S/4 transformation is preordained for almost all existing SAP customers. In theory, there is nothing to be said against this version change. In practice, however, many individual challenges and options arise. SAP has provided a solid framework and generic tools for a successful transfer. In detail, SAP partner Data Migration International knows how to prepare the existing ERP systems for the release change...
After the acquisition by ABB Turbocharging, there were only four months until the old ERP licenses expired. With the JiVS platform, ABB's Turbocharging division was able to decommission the legacy system in just six weeks.
And Action! - is the motto of the DSAG Annual Congress 2019. The topic of the film should be fixed: The shortest and best path to SAP S/4 Hana.
What is the ideal migration approach? Many SAP customers hesitate to answer. But perhaps the question is wrong. The right answer might be: system-independent information management and separation of operational and historical data.
The road to S/4 Hana seems hard and unmanageable. A massive mountain of accumulated data and documents including business context in legacy systems is the reason. Should you start mining and transfer the mountain to S/4 Hana, too?
140 years of success - the world-renowned Henkel brand is famous for its innovative strength and agility. These characteristics also characterize the in-house IT department. It has developed a recipe for decommissioning legacy systems - clearing the way for SAP S/4 Hana.

Working on the SAP basis is crucial for successful S/4 conversion.

This gives the Competence Center strategic importance for existing SAP customers. Regardless of the S/4 Hana operating model, topics such as Automation, Monitoring, Security, Application Lifecycle Management and Data Management the basis for S/4 operations.
