SAP-Solution: GTW

The increasing interconnectedness of the digital world is already shaping our future. Companies like Amazon, Google, Uber and others have shown that classic on-prem billing systems have passed their peak.
Back in 2018, Swiss Post launched a large-scale digital transformation program called "Harmonization of Value Flows". This initiated the switch from ERP/ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4 Hana.
The value of a message can be measured by the relevance and credibility of the source. If S/4 is not an option, then Hana is also of little relevance. If cloud computing is set, then statements from hardware manufacturers are less credible.
Since 2017, GTW and SAP have been working hand in hand as a team in the various project phases of the BRIM implementation project. Here, the roles are clearly distributed.
With the introduction of SAP BRIM, Swiss Post is currently harmonizing value flows in the area of mass billing and invoicing. At the same time, it is creating all the conditions for integrating future services and billing models.
Flexible, agile and scalable billing options are required that support the innovative business models of start-ups to old-economy companies in their digital transformation.
Finance, by its very nature, is more than accounting and a tradition at SAP. The tasks of a CFO have grown exponentially. E-3 Magazine spoke with Jasmina Cejan and Alexander Vogt from SAP partner GTW about order-to-cash, billing and revenue.
With the right know-how, Billing and Revenue Innovation Management can be used to implement diverse and innovative use cases - across all industries. Or is SAP BRIM just a scalable solution for billing a wide range of services?

Working on the SAP basis is crucial for successful S/4 conversion.

This gives the Competence Center strategic importance for existing SAP customers. Regardless of the S/4 Hana operating model, topics such as Automation, Monitoring, Security, Application Lifecycle Management and Data Management the basis for S/4 operations.

For the second time, E3 magazine is organizing a summit for the SAP community in Salzburg to provide comprehensive information on all aspects of S/4 Hana groundwork.
