Celonis has presented the latest generation of its platform. This enables customers and partners to develop operational apps specifically tailored to their goals. The operational apps combine Celonis' process mining approach with artificial intelligence (AI) and automation and establish a link to the business context.
In this way, frictional losses in the processes can be uncovered and intelligent measures can be taken to optimize business processes with regard to the desired results. The apps bring the strengths of AI to every single step of the operational business. Managers first define their business priorities through KPIs.
The Celonis Process AI Engine then automates tasks in the IT systems, guides employees and prioritizes workflows to achieve the desired outcome. The operational apps benefit from real-time data connectivity, a new functionality.
It can be used to extract and analyze data from conventional source systems such as SAP, Salesforce and Servicenow in real time. This makes it possible to identify friction losses and provide users with process-related, context-based actions in real time.
